Good build quality and good after sales and support.

The product when built is very good, (manual) type blind. One thing you MUST ENSURE that you measure the opening ACCURATELY AND AS THEY ADVISE ON THE WEBSITE. One thing also check is the opening, is it wood or plaster board as they DO NOT provide you with screws with the unit. I asked about this with their support team and they gave me the sizes and type of screws/fixtures required. All round and excellent experience from start to finish.
